The registration for an event can be done via the registration form on the b39 website. You will receive a confirmation of registration or a confirmation of a waiting list place if space is available (GTC item 2).

Availability of space
To ensure learning success, the places vary according to the training format. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received (GTC item 2).

Waiting list
If you are on the waiting list, please keep the date free up to 2 weeks before the event.

In the descriptions of the respective event you will find any prerequisites or required prior knowledge.

Around the event

The participation fee includes drinks as well as, depending on the type and duration of the event, refreshments during breaks and lunch. Details can be found in the respective event description. Special dietary requirements should be announced at least 7 days prior to the start of the event at We will then check whether we can make this possible.

Event location
Currently, our events take place in the IDS building at Dimbacher Straße 6-8, 74182 Obersulm-Willsbach.

By car: If you arrive by car, you can park in the multi-storey car park directly next to the Academy.

By train: If you arrive by train, please take the S4 and get off at the S-Bahn station Obersulm-Willsbach. From the station it is a 5min walk.

If you need overnight accommodation, please book it yourself.

Depending on the event, you will receive the corresponding documentation described in the event program. We try to save as much paper as possible. Therefore, you will receive most of the information in electronic form.

Certificate / confirmation of participation 
In the event description you will find which certificate you will receive and which conditions must be fulfilled to receive the certificate.


Investment / Invoice

Please refer to the corresponding event description for the investment amount and possible discounts.

Implementation/ Cancellation

All information on cancellation can be found in the terms and conditions under point 4 and the cancellation policy under point 8. If you have any further questions, please contact akademie@39de.

At the latest 2 weeks before the event begins, a decision will be made as to whether the event will be held. Should the event be cancelled, we will inform all participants in writing and look for an alternative date as soon as possible.
