As a doctor of nuclear physics, Robert-Alexander Windberger is enthusiastic about new technologies. In the pre-development department of IDS, he deals with exactly this: At the interface between research and application, he investigates how the team can use new algorithms from the field of deep learning and accelerate them efficiently on our cameras. His activities include research work and contributions at conferences, marketing and sales training.

He would like to share the enjoyment of discovery and understanding with you, and image processing with neural networks is ideally suited for this. The team gradually works its way through the topic with tangible visualizations and interactive experiments, which can extend from the application level to the development level as desired. Of course he always likes to learn more and is looking forward to getting to know your applications and problems.
